Still no job to report. The economy here is taking quite a hit as well, with several major retailers going bankrupt recently. I'm remaining optimistic.
Before Christmas, I met a new friend and we visited some London sights - we went to the Babylon exhibit at the British Museum, and to the London Transport Museum. We also went to a pub that was rebuilt after the Great Fire of 1666, so it has been around for awhile, and has had visitors such as Charles Dickens and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
